Preplix ("the Platform") is operated by Oloom Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The Platform is accessible at preplix.ai and provides AI-powered services for businesses and individuals.
By using Preplix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Preplix offers two distinct services:
2.1 AI Super Agent
- A single, dedicated AI agent deployed for your personal or business use
- Available on Telegram and other supported messaging platforms
- Customisable personality, instructions, and capabilities
- Subscription-based pricing as displayed on the Platform
2.2 AI Department
- Enterprise AI employees that integrate into your company's organisational structure
- Priced at $400 USD per AI employee per month, plus optional add-on skills
- Includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required
- AI employees operate across departments including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support
- Available on WhatsApp, Telegram, web chat, and email channels
- Three authority levels: Inform (observe & report), Act (routine tasks), and Decide (with manager approval)
- Saudi Arabia compliance modules available (GOSI, Nitaqat, ZATCA, Labour Law, PDPL, MHRSD)
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- AI Department accounts require a valid business email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Preplix
- One company account per organisation for AI Department
4. Free Trial
- AI Department offers a 7-day free trial for each newly hired AI employee
- No credit card is required to start a trial
- Full features are available during the trial period
- At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to continue using the AI employee or let it expire
- We reserve the right to limit free trials to one per company
5. Pricing & Payment
- AI Department: $400 USD per AI employee per month, billed monthly
- Add-on skills are charged at $5, $10, or $15 per month per skill
- AI Super Agent: pricing as displayed on the Platform at time of subscription
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
- AI employees will be deactivated upon cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
- You may request immediate data deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Preplix to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Impersonate individuals or organisations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
- Transmit malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform
- Use AI employees for illegal surveillance, discrimination, or harassment
- Exceed reasonable usage limits (we reserve the right to throttle excessive usage)
8. AI Limitations
- AI employees are tools to assist your business — they are not replacements for professional advice
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs before acting on them
- Preplix does not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI employees
- AI employees should not be used for critical decisions without human oversight
9. Intellectual Property
- The Preplix platform, branding, and technology are owned by Oloom Ltd
- Content generated by AI employees on your behalf is yours to use
- Your uploaded data (knowledge base, documents) remains your property
- You grant Preplix a limited licence to process your data solely for providing the service
10. Data & Privacy
We take your data seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on:
- What data we collect and how we use it
- Third-party providers involved in processing
- Your right to delete your account and all associated data
- Compliance with Saudi PDPL and applicable data protection laws
11. Limitation of Liability
- Preplix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Oloom Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for losses arising from AI-generated content or decisions made based on it
12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- You may terminate your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us
- Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Preplix after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
